  2. Whew! Nitro and I had to come at 6 this morning due to an early morning meeting that he has today, and we thought maybe you guys were closed for MLK. Doc, Don and Hugh were there too.     500 m row
    25 pull ups
    20 kb swings
    15 OHS
    10 burpees
    400 m run
    10 burpees
    15 OHS
    20 kb swings
    25 pull ups
    500 m row
    It’s taking most people about 20-25 min or so…took me a little longer on the new band, but still finished in just over 32 min.
