Katie Jones


Katie found Crossfit in July of 2008 and earned her Level I Certification in November of 2009.  With a passion for running, Katie has completed six half-marathons and several 10Ks.  Although she still loves to run long distances, what interests her most about Crossfit is its constant variation of intense workouts.  “I’m constantly challenged to work on different skills,” she says, “because the workouts demand something different every day.”  Katie also coaches middle school cross country at Mount Vernon Presbyterian School, where she teaches middle school science.
