  12. 10 that is all I got today….. a freaking 10. Most enjoyable to watch Breeze and Pistol lap me a number of times. Felt like a caboose of a train slowly brining up the rear.

    I died after about 7 minutes, then got a pretty good rip on my hand and left a pretty good amount of blood on the bar. Not a good day for me today. This is the only WOD that I am getting worse at every time I do it.

  19. it feels sooo good to be back at the gym! i missed you all last week. peggy, thanks for working out with me and making sure i won’t be able to walk tomorrow.
    if my left arm wasn’t a ra-tard i would have a stinkin muscle up. congrats to the platoon of guys who have gotten their first one recently. who’s next?!
