  1. Thanks to Kim and Ed for the instruction. The Burgener warmup and skill transfer are creating a new sense of comfort and confidence with my Olympic lifts. In addition, thanks for the patience and support while I managed to knock out a few Rx HSPU before I had to switch over to my traditional form.
