  5. i’ve never taken off a full week (7 days!) of crossfit since i started, but for various reasons i did not work out at all in the past week. i thought coming back would be miserable with a capital M but i feel awesome. just goes to show you (and i guess me too, as an obsessive exerciser) that rest truly is really good for you.
    nice job to pebbles and hicky this morning – loved the metcon.

  7. I posted this yesterday pretty late. From HQ site — CrossFit kids version of Nasty Girls (“Naughty” kids). So badass. Wish this were my kid.

  8. Open invite to team trivia tonight at Miller’s Ale House. Trivia starts at 8pm. In the meantime, I will be thinking of a team name.

  12. Michael, great job on your FS PR! I went for 225 and failed. Before that I did 210 w/out collars – oops. The weight was easy until somewhere at the end of the rep I lost balance.
    Must admit, it’s nice having Katie back at the gym.
