    • My motivation is being able to jump into an anrtdeuve at any given moment. Before crossfit I never thought that I could run a half marathon or backpack 15 miles or run Ragnar. Crossfit has given me the physical and mental toughness to push myself from what I thought were my physical limits and get out and enjoy life. When I think about all of the things I have done since starting crossfit it makes be want to keep pushing myself to be able to continue doing what my family and I love to do and to be ready for the next anrtdeuve!

    Breeze… miss ya big time. Hang in there, I know it’s gotta be gettin old sittin and watchin People’s Court everyday. Who knows though, you may just see Spider on an episode for a small claims settlement stemming from a bar fight! Get better soon and let us know if you need anything (besides a restock of Stella!)

    • My motivation to keep at this and lose all my wgheit is my 12 yo son with learning disabilities. I tell him all the time that his disabilities are not an excuse to not try his hardest. Yes it may take him longer to get where he needs to be in school and he may have to work harder than his classmates, but it is not an excuse. It hit me that I need to do the same thing. I have a long way to go, but I know that it is no longer and excuse. I may have to work harder than others to get where I need to be but I think of my son every time I feel like giving up or eating something unhealthy.

  9. Pebbles, looking good on those snatches today! I think I’ll tackle that tomorrow. Peggy the alt wod is 10-9-8….1 Pull Ups/Dips with a 200 m run between each exercise. So it would be 10 Pull Ups then run then 10 dips then run and so on.

    All in all, 55 PU’s 55 Ring Dips and 20 150M Runs! Knock it out!

  14. Interesting workout…made me freakin dizzy running in circles. Anywho..felt good afterwards.
    Where is The Hagler??? Need my running mate back as Breeze is DL’d.
