1 min double unders
1 min wall balls
1 min Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
1 min Pull Ups
1 min squats
1 min rest

The clock doesn't stop.  Move from one station to the next.  Count your reps if you like but today it's about guilt control so just work it out!
