CFNF hero for real! Garrett saved a life yesterday in Seaside, FL. There were two people screaming for help stuck in a riptide and he didn't think twice. He ran and saved a young teen boy from drowning. He is a real hero!
Gym is closed today for Easter. We will reopen Monday morning at 6:00 am.

He never thinks twice about helping someone else! He’s the best. He said it was tough though. Very tiring. Another man came to assist him with he other family member and the two were discussing t later on the beach.
There were wicked rip tides yesterday in Seaside. Two more people had to be rescued shortly after Garrett went in. BE CAREFUL if you are down here this Spring or Summer. I have never seen anything like it.

I can’t imagine how physically and mentally taxing that was.
(At this point in my post I am tempted to mention that Michael knows all the words to the Baywatch theme song but I feel that might cheapen this heroic feat.)

G-dog, I am so glad you guys were at the beach that day…I am sure you were very quick on your feet and I know you are in excellent shape. You helped that family keep their child , thanks a million for that. Me and Pebbles were just talking about how horrible it would be to send your child on spring break and they drowned…so thank you for being aware..I had a GREAT week with the crew…see everyone at gym.
All that and he didn’t spill his beer! Now that’s a real hero.

That’s incredible, Gerrett! Doesn’t surprise me though. You have always come across as the kind of guy who would do that for someone. Way to go. Oh, and you are invited to my next triathlon…because the swim is my weakest event. Haha
