20 meter Sprint
14 One legged squats
21 Double-unders
20 meter Sprint

  10. Is there an ALT wod? 315 is close to my MAX. I’m hopeless as pistols so 1/2 a round won’t really cut it.

    Good workout at lunch. Did 251lbs DL’s to work on form and the rest RX. I finally got a hold of the pistols in the last round.

  17. Well, the bright side to this WOD for me is no pull-ups…but I am hurting from yesterday and I’m not great at any of this other than DLs. Guess that’s what I get for taking 4 weeks off. I plan to be in at 6:30 if I don’t get stuck at work…which is entirely possible.
