so how do you read these work outs?
“HSPU” or “SDLHP”.
I look for the exercises on crossfit.com and can’t find them….wanting to start on my own to see if this is the path i take with my workouts. thanks much.

Brad – I thought “Beat Down” was a better description of this workout. Thought I might actually puke after the 2nd 20 of the Box Jumps. I need to improve on the 20 minutes (less resting)!
