2 pood Kettlebell swings, 25 reps
25 GHD Sit-ups
25 Wall Ball
25 Knees to Elbows

  1. Hey! I am sooooo glad that Matt, LeAnn and Hicky were there today.
    I would not have done very well by myself this am. I am a little beat!
    LeAnn is just a Superwomen. Way to hang in there. I think it is so cool to be hanging with one of your sons. I can’t wait to Crossfit with my boys one day. I think Ryan is ready now, but since he is 2, we will hold off.
    Way to go Matt. You are having a great start at Crossfit. You don’t look new to it.
    Hicky as always you rock. Hicky’s 100th KTE looked like her first. No slacking of form with this girl.AND, way to kip. You got it. Looks great!!!
    As for me, there was some interesting KTE’s at the end.
    Hope to see some of you tomorrow. I will be in to work hard because I see burgers and beer in my near future. 🙂

  5. superwoman, here (haha), seriously, i am just glad i can sorta semi-keep up with you youngsters, it was intense, but somehow i just keep comin’ back for more:) pebbles is my hero!
