5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

  1. Cindy is much tougher than she sounds. Especially when it is 158 degrees INSIDE!! Overall though, a great workout for a Friday. Leads nicely into cocktail hour, which will be around 5:00 when my arms stop shaking!! (I hope, anyway) Way to work those pull ups Brad!
