  1. Now this WOD looks like fun!!! I had a cortisone shot in my hip on Wed that has taken me DOWN!! Could barely walk yesterday but doing somewhat better today. Just feels like Hicky and Hagler both put a whoopin’ on me! Having said that, we, (hubby and I) decided WTH, let’s go back to the beach! Water therapy 🙂
    Hagler, I’ll be back next week rip raring to go run that hill with ya…

  3. The Snyder family had a hat trick this week:) (altho not so happily for one of the trifecta:( Anyway, great job this morning, BamBam and Marc – the rope ‘climbs’ were the best!! And Marc, LOVED the duct tape – very ingenious – you need to pass that tip on to Hicky!! and BamBam’s shoes are DA BOMB!! just ask Hicky – they make her run like the wind, that and the fact that she has hollow bones, according to some people:)

  4. Nothing fun about this workout. My upper body is mad at me. The pull ups were a blessed break from those nasty ring dips.
