Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.

    Meatball…if people are not RXing this WOD I am letting them break up the 100 WB and 50 PU. It is cutting the time down a little. STill taking almost 30 min.

  6. PS. I had people run with a ball (20lb for ladies) or suggesting an DB for men b/c we need plates for DL.

  7. Hit “Mode” then the up triangle. It will count down from 10. Hit pause when you’re done. To reset just hit mode and up triangle again. Love the new clock! Thank you Stringer!

  9. they didn’t have one of those clocks to qualify for Level I cert. That’s part of the Level II cert
