"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

  10. I did 327 today but there is a 460 and a 430 something on the board. Quads are still burning from yesterday and still sore from pushups from Wed but I was pleased. I also got got a “that was impressive” when I was done from my 15yo who was there to keep score which meant alot more than any number.
    Ed is shooting for 400 at 5pm. Everybody come by and cheer him on. Happy birthday Keelow!

  11. Ross got 453 Rx, which is one of the best scores ever at out gym. I am shooting for 400, instead of 454, because my legs and chest are fried from the past 2 days.
    Congrats to Robert on his Tabata S.E. Rx! I think he really likes this WOD.
