Nice job lunch time! Ramsey, Ben and Kevin are FAST!!!!! Super fun to watch those guys in this WOD.
Thanks Pebbles. Those are the right guys to do that workout with, they can move on the run. Other than the WOD, this was not a good day for me. I was rushing as my workout time slot was considerably smaller than usual and as a consequence I failed on my back squat at 320lbs. Only got two borderline reps and failed on rep 3. Poor.
