    North Fulton Crossfitters represent! JT came in 2nd in his age group, Meatball came in 1st! Little Engine that Could Xena came in 5th out of 30 in her OLD age group:)

  5. today crushed me….I have so much work to do on my handstand push-ups…thanks for all the tips on the kipping..meatball…..I couldn’t cuss because there were kids there…but I WANTED too…I spent my whole workout on that wall with my head on the ground….not my best day!!

  6. I came in 4 th in the wrong group. Males 25-29. Lol I like how they broke it out into age groups though. Made coming in like 290th not feel so bad.
