    Quick half WOD with Stringer at lunch was fun.
    Kim did great on the Open WOD with a strong and consistent performance. She was not unfocussed by anyone supporting her…mainly because she threatened us all with our lives if we even looked over during the 10 mins. LOL!
    Murph is unbelievably game. She powered through the first 60 reps with time to spare and then set about the 100lbs mark. A great effort!
    Q surprised us all. She started by telling us she couldn’t snatch 75lbs and then proceeded to do it 7 times. Really good work!
