I second that Pebbles, from the original crack of not fitting something between the legs to the Hobbitt and size doesn’t matter classics, it was just one long funny session.
I’m shattered. Snatched for what seemed like forever, thanks to Pebbles and Breeze for their help throughout, by the end I had turned a lift that was going South into something more positive. I then C&J’d up to 185lbs which was fun and felt relatively easy, then 3rnds of 3 MU’s and 10 HSPU’s with a 20lb vest and then had a crack at the rower. Only did two sprints first one in 16/17 secs and one in 17. Not bad for a short arse.
Just have to love CFNF, the people are great and the atmosphere is friendly and funny. Good job to Breeze and Pistol and all of the other coaches for cultivating such an environment. Have a good weekend one and all, see you Monday.
