Breeze, I’ll be in soon and will be ready to go for 11.30am. Are we working on C&J or the Total or both, or all three? Just let me know so I can gear up, get the nervous trip to the bathroom out of the way etc.
C&J with Breeze today. Lots of good tips and cues from him helped me make some of the best lifts at 185lbs that I’ve ever done. Well pleased. Then did the Alt WOD doing the 50 GHD’s instead of the 100 sit up’s. 10.53 Rx. Our new Soccer player can sure run…I was about 25meters behind her over the 800m run.
