    Didn’t see that is was push press.
    WOD
    In a 15 min time limit run 800 or row 1000
    one time then in the remaining time
    AMRAP
    7 OHS 95/65
    6 KBS 53/35
    5 Burpees
    Record rounds and reps.
    In spite of the cold 6 am ran and said it felt good!

  3. Great WOD this morning! Yes, we ran outside all bundled up. As is the case a lot of times, the WOD looks deceptively simple but will wear you out.
