  2. Whew. Fran is short but dangerous. Cant wait to see everyone’s time today. I took 16 seconds off my time. The rowing thing is fun. Although the two together have left me laying on my couch with Ryan staring at me saying…let’s go Mommy!

  5. I set my bar too low…if you are planning on a 3+ Fran time, then I aim to do my Fran in eight times the amount of time. Take that!

  7. I will be there tonight Ed. More than likely the 6:30. Not 100% I will be doing Fran. See how I am feeling. Thinking about doing 3 mile Fran to slow it down a bit. Would still like to watch your attempt though regardless if we go head to head.

  8. LOL! I feel like crap as well. After taking a week off from the gym and working out 2x the week before I am definitely hurting today after the WOD from yesterday. Unless I have to cover for an instructor at the last minute (like Monday night), then you will see me at the 6:30 class. Quite honestly, I’d be surprised if I go only a minute slower than last time. Can’t wait to see your new t-shirt, I just got my Operation Phoenix t-shirt on Monday.

  10. What’s even more fun than following up yesterday’s WOD with Fran…is following up Fran with an immediate 500m as fast as you can. Could hardly walk to my car. (Oh yeah; arms broke-down, too) LOVE CF!!!

  12. Great performances today! Big Ed came in at 3:34 (I think)! Hicky came in at 8:19rx & Katie was right behind her at 8:24rx! Michael rowed 500 in 1:41 (i think!) and…Big Ed, the music didn’t suck!

  16. Great job to everyone at the 6:30 pm group.
    Big Ed set the bar high with an impressive 3:38( Correct me if I am wrong).
    I don’t know what the deal was with me but I felt like my chest was going to cave in after completing the workout. At least, I can row like a mad man.
    In addition, the Westminister School in conjunction with the US Navy SEALS are hosting a SEAL Fitness Challenge on Saturday December 13th.
    No registration fee and a tee shirt for completing the challenge. I signed up for the 9:40 am time slot. If anyone wants to join me, we can set up a carpool.

    michael, i’m halfway seriously considering this thing next saturday. do you happen to know if the events are one after another, crossfit style, or do you get a break in between the swim and the push ups and the pullups, etc.
