- Power clean + 2 clean – 70% x 2 sets; 75% x 2 sets
- Snatch balance – 65% x 3 x 2; 70% x 3; 75% x 3 x 2
- Push Press – 78% x 5 x 5
Great job am crew…good workout only problem is me and red box don’t seem to like each other…I think I stared at it at least 5 mins before I do one jump!! ha!

Oh and Collin has recently joined the Cub Scouts and he is selling popcorn.
Tomorrow I will be dropping off his forms and when I get back from being out of town next Friday, I better see it full. Nothing wrong with helping out my boy and purchasing some overpriced popcorn. He needs to win the marshmallow gun.
