  1. stacy,
i have a friend at work who wants to go skiing too – i don’t know how good she is, but she can learn fast 🙂 we are talking about taking off feb 12 and 13 (thurs and fri). so we could fly out on a wed, ski on thurs, fri, sat, sun, mon, and fly home monday night. what do you think?
i would facebook message you with all this info but it’s sketchy here at school. email me at katiejones.418@gmail.com.

  2. Hey everyone…. I know your shoulder are probably a little fried like mine BUT, I am not sore at all and I am sure the Hard Core I am taking is helping. If you have not checked out the Quest Nutrition supplements at the gym you should. Good Stuff!!!
The Hard Core is anti-catabolic so it stops the break down of protein and muscle. It is a great recovery drink. tastes really good too.
ALSO….for those of you going to the Oly Lift Seminar tomorrow;I would pack a lunch. It is easier just to sit in the gym and eat at break rather than try to find some where AND I would wear layers. There was no air in the gym in August so I am sure there is not much heat. It won’t get warm until we start moving in the weights area I think.
Looking forward to it. I am driving separate but thanks Ed for the offer to ride with. See you there.

  3. is that a whip on Pistol’s shoulder? “TOUCH YOUR CHEST TO THE FLOOR YOU MAGGOTS!!!!”

  4. 105 pullups for a “large” person was not fun. I think it took me two classes to finish.
Thanks Kim Nadler for the grippers.

  5. Gdog, already went to Target and bought a new tube. You owe me $3.29! Just Kidding! I’ll drop it off later and you can cut it for me!
