  7. The first time I did this workout I quit after 2.5 rounds. Today, I was able to complete the whole workout at a scaled weight(115lbs).
    Look forward to tomorrow’s workout.
    In addition, Brad, hope your surgery goes well. We will keep you in our prayers.
