  1. I have always wanted to do Eva, but not today.Heading out to NY. See you guys in about 10 days. Garett and I plan to do some at home WODs so I will let you know what we come up with.

  2. Wow! Nice job on Eva, Hicky! She actually said “this is the worst workout I’ve ever done!” Great job morning crew! Safe travels Butches. I’m out for the rest of the day with Jacob. He is having oral surgery this morning. There is no Kids class today SO all you 5:30 ers that get there at 5:00 for the kids time, no one will be there, so don’t come early! Meatball will be holding down the fort.

  3. Eva really was one of the hardest workouts I’ve done… to date. It felt like it was never going to end! I’m glad it’s over and done with because I will not be doing this one again for a LONG time! Good luck everyone that decides to give it a bash today!
    Congratulations Michael and Stacy for getting your level 1 certs at the weekend! I dunno if everyone has already seen it but their picture was on the main site yesterday…

  4. hey hagler, pistol, and SB girls! if i’m not mistaken we are doing the snatch/sandbag workout tomorrow, yes? i know it was planned for today but i think pistol and hagler wanted to join us so we pushed it til tomorrow. is there any particular time you guys want to meet?
    hicky, you are the only person i know who has completed eva. well done, what an accomplishment!!

  9. I’ll be trying Eva at 5:30. It looks like the hardest workout we’ve done at CFNF. IF only 2 people have ever finished it…..I’m scared.

  10. thanks a lot to blake and hicky for doing eva, because after seeing your names with a big fat RX by them i couldn’t say no. eva is pretty awful, and i couldn’t have gotten through it without stacy’s coaching!! and scruffy, you really pushed me to keep going and i am so glad you were there to do all five rounds with me. nicely done.
    be back in a few hours for front squats, or something like that.
