  9. I was going to ask if I could sub box jumps for the pull-ups (I did the HQ WOD yesterday and…yeah.)
    But now I will suck it up and do the pull-ups if Blake and Ed agree to turn in their man cards.

Ed, you looked great today.. that was a fun workout but my running will slow me down every time.. everyone did great today..big class..A shout out to Ryan and Otis for being at the gym today..Always happy to see them. Hicky, I enjoyed seeing you and look forward to seeing you come back for good..be careful on your travels and be AWARE of your surroundings at all times..I am worried about you already..keep in touch. I enjoyed beating you today David..I don’t know why??

    I did snatches and sand bag walks with Pistol.
    I got 16 95# snatches today so that’s half way
    To completing Isabelle RX.

  13. Hey….wanted to mention that I made the tape grips for pull ups out of Ace Bandage and it is working well. Much easier to manage and you don’t have to make them over and over again. That is what they were doing in Seattle so I thought I would try. So far, I like it.
    My hands continue to rip. After a year and a half of CrossFitting they still rip so I needed to find something. I think this might be the answer!
