  2. DD, forget the glute-ham sit-ups and pick a relative to do murph with as a team workout (you both run both miles). Yeah…that was fun. I feel like I can actually eat something “bad” tomorrow without feeling too guilty about it. Props to everyone at 8:30 for finishing strong today, Murph’s a tough workout, even with a partner.
    P.S. Katie, I wouldn’t want to mess with you and your brother as a team!
