Ran my first 5k yesterday here in Destin, got the t-shirt to prove it!Didn’t do too bad for me 30:39.

I had a lot of fun teaching the classes yesterday and today. Everyone always puts so much effort into the workouts… it’s a pleasure to watch.

I am pretty sure Pebbles is teaching tomorrow! At least I hope she is because I am not 100% sure I will be there at 8. Looking forward to burning all the shit I ate over the holidays!!
