  1. So I think Crossfit has been on my brain too much lately because I had a dream last night that the WOD was: Run a mile, then eat a hotdog. For time.

  5. Yep. Nice WOD. Not a ball buster but a good chance to practice pull ups. Joy showed us that she CAN do unassisted pull ups so there is no going back now you know. You guys watch her and don’t let her get away with the band anymore.
    Great job 8:30. That was the most unassisted pull ups I have done.

  10. That workout was hard..I hated the lunges..The room seemed longer the more lunges I did.. I hated the lunges..On the other hand.. I enjoyed the pull-ups and seem to get stronger at those.. I ripped my hands good so hopefully they will have time to heal before next pull-up workout..I did finish 19:28rx… A shoutout to Kim for staying with me and keeping me accountable!! Thanks so much for the push at the end.. Did I say I hated the lunges..?? Missed you today Jpo..

  11. Planned to come to the 5:30 but have to stay here at school late AGAIN.
    Did the WOD in the smelly weight room and with assisted pull-ups and G-H sit-ups (to make up for the assisted pull-ups and b/c no where to do regular situps). No hot dogs available for consumption but ate 2, make that 3 chewy jolly ranchers.

  13. Think I overdid it…feel completely broke down. Hands are shredded and I cringe every time I wash them. Can’t wait to get off the CF welfare program and get to working out regularly with everyone! This stimulus thing really works! (lol).
