Austin McLean is a Level 1 Certified Cross Fit Trainer.  He was turned on to CrossFit by his good friend Ren Vickers in April of 2008 and has never looked back.  Austin has been an athlete his entire life playing every sport from baseball to golf and everything in between.  His intensity and drive to teach the CrossFit concepts comes from his own obsession to become the best CrossFit athlete he can be.  "I believe CrossFit is the best because it is not like anything else.  We are a community of people that sweat together, ache together and bleed together and wake up the next day wanting more.  The concepts used in CrossFit are beneficial to everyone no matter what age, strength or athletic ability which very few programs can say.
