           WOD #2

12 Bodyweight Deadlifts (you must get weighed)

12 Burpee Pull Ups (Scaled 12 Burpees + 12 Pull Ups)

9 Deadlifts

9 Burpee Pull Ups

6 Deadlifts

6 Burpee Pull Ups

3 Deadlifts

3 Burpee Pull Ups

You must have a counter.  You may NOT drop the bar on your deadlift.  Plates must touch the floor on every rep.  Your arms must fully extend on burpee pull ups before dropping from the pull up bar.  You have Wednesday and Thursday to complete WOD #2.  There are no "do overs".  WOD #3 will be announced Thursday night and you will have Friday and Saturday to complete it.

    Team 4 – The Law (Marshall Law and Pistols fit in their too somewhere)
    Team 7 – Barph
    Team 5 – KerPow
    Team 6 – Dr. Ned Gips – That’s crap I know, but there has to be something with spiders available, but nothing comes to mind, so I just reversed and intermingled their names. Not having a team name should be an automatic 1 min penalty on the next WOD.
