Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps
30 Pull-ups

  6. Just an fyi, ya’ll, we changed the 30 pull ups to 10 pull ups!

  7. Well thank goodness for that, however I think I’m going to go with prison cell burpees today. My hands are in a little pain from all of the pull ups and I need to catch up on the burpee challenge.

    If you need someone to give you Rx competition, I am willing to give it a shot. I should be at the 6 pm class.
