"The Chief"
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
Post rounds completed for each of the 5 cycles.
An alternate WOD will be posted in the gym.

Great job to everyone at the 9am group.
I must say Austin’s choice in music provided a much needed mental boost to my workout especially the 80’s techno rave music.

Even though I did not participate, I was sweating bullits for our group! I want to be a part of the next big challenge!
