“Bull”
Two rounds of:
200 Double-unders (500 singles)
135/95 pound Overhead squat, 50 reps Intermediate 95/65 Beginners 45/33 or pvc
50 Pull-ups (beginners do ring pull ups)
Run 1 mile

Grab a partner and split the reps anyhow. Run together.
