70 Burpees

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Burpee Pull Ups/Burpee Box Jumps 24/20

Cash out:

100 Sit Ups

(Yea Burpees!)

On your burpee pull ups fully extend your elbows before dropping from the bar.  5’8 and taller use the taller bars.
