Workout of the Day

“Poker Chips”
Divide into teams of 2 people.

Set up a single line of cones out side 10m apart. You will need the number of cones to equal the number of teams. If there are 6 teams, put 6 cones out front 10 meters apart. Each team is assigned a stack of colored matching poker chips. Red, blue, aqua, black, green ect.
Perform 100 reps of each of the following exercises.One person works at a time.

KBS 53/35
Box jumps
Shoulder to OH 95/65
Wall ball Sit ups to a partner.14/10
OH Walking Lunges 25/10

If you finish first, run out and put 1 of your colored poker chips in first place at the first cone. If you finish second go place your chip at the second cone ect….
Once EVERY team in the room completes the 100 reps then everyone advances to excercise number 2. Place your chips according to how you finish. Once every team completes the 100 reps of exercise number 2 then everyone starts on the 3rd exercise and on and on. After all 5 excercises are completed by every team then all teams head out side. Coach yells “321 go” to start a relay with 1 MEMBER at a time running to retrieve 1 CHIP at a time. The first team to retrieve all chips and have them back in the coach’s hand wins.
