Tuesday Workout of the Day

In 10 minutes build to a heavy front squat double. Does not have to be 2RM.

With a partner switch every two minutes:
2 minutes of burpee box jumps 24/20, P1 does burpee box jump while P2 rests. Then switch.

Then, 2 minutes of :
10 wall balls-10 Russian KBS 70/53, P1 does 2 minutes of 10 and 10 while P2 rests. Then switch.

Record number of BBJ and record number of rounds of the WB/KBS wod.

In teams of two, with one partner working at a time, partners alternate rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
5 Push-Ups
10 Goblet Squats 53/35
15 Kettlebell Swings
200 Meter Run
