Tuesday Workout of the Day

EMOM 9 minutes Minute 1 – 10 3 count flutter kicks 

Minute 2 – 3 wall walks 

Minute 3 10 stone cleans 

With a partner share 10 rounds of: 

10 KBS 70/53 AMRAP thrusters 85/53 in 60 seconds. 

Alternate each minute for 10 minutes. 

Record number of thrusters to the board. 
Then with a partner complete 10 rounds of: 

20 DU 

20 sit ups alternating each round (completing 5 rounds each) for time.

Post time to board.
