1. OH Lunges 45/25 (total)—-Star Jumps
2. Bicep Curls—-Squat Jumps
3. Side Plank Rear Delt Flye/each arm—-Mountain Climbers
4. DB Upright Rows—–NOPUB
Sun’s out guns out! Take it outside today. Do 10 Rounds at each station. Eg. Do 10 OH Lunges (total) then run to the end of the parking lot. At the end of the parking lot do 10 Star Jumps. Run back and do 9, etc.
