SWEAT FIT
For 18 minutes, rotate through the following three stations on the minute:

Minute 1 – 15/10 Calories of Rowing

Minute 2 – 10 Burpees over erg

Minute 3 – 6-10 Pull Ups

Rest 5 Min:

Every 6 Min for 18 Minutes:

400m run (if weather not permitting do 25/20 cal bike)

10 HSPU (Advanced to Strict)

25 Walking Lunges
