In teams of two alternating movements complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of 3 cone med ball shuttle ( run to the first cone and back to start, run to the second and back to start ect…) 20 KBS 50/35 15 shoulder to overhead 95/65. ADVANCED DO RING DIPS.For example P1 runs, P2 does KBS P1 does S2O then round two starts with P2 doing 3 cone sprint ect..
