A. Find a front squat 2 rep max in 15 minutes.
B. EMOM 20 minutes
Minute 1 30 sec of PISTOLS or 1 legged squats to a box
Minute 2 HSPU
Min 3 30 sec burpees
Min 4 30 sec KBS 53/35
Record total reps.
