E2MOM for 20 minutes. Row 500m 15 push ups. 

So 

0-2 row 500m 

2-4 15 push ups 

4-6 500m 

6-8 15 push ups ect for 5 sets (20 min) 

RX is to complete 500m every set and 15 push ups every set
Fitness:

Deadlift x 6-8 reps

Rest 45 seconds

Alternating Reverse Goblet Lunges x 20 steps

Rest 45 seconds

Dumbbell Bench Press x 10-12 reps

Rest 45 seconds
