Visitors

Out of towner?   Dropping in with a friend?  Great!  We love visitors, but due to the nature of our group classes and the complex movements we coach, we need to make sure you got the stuff.  Visitors will be required to pass a barbell continuum before allowed entry into the class.  Please email us at the email address above to visit, and plan on arriving 15 min early to demo each movement.   Here are the movements that must be demonstrated with competency without instruction:

SDHP X 3
Power Clean X 3
Push Press X 3
Front Squat X 3
Squat Clean X 3
Push Jerk X 3
Power Snatch X 3
OHS X 3
